He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Denney and Janie Denney; his son Michael Dean Denney; and his siblings, Kermit, Hobart, Eugene, Jimmy and Alene Branham.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia Amos Denney; his son Steven Craig Denney; his grandson Kaleb Matthew Denney of Bowling Green, KY.; and his brother Earnest of Glasgow, KY. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

The Burial will be following the funeral on Saturday at Rose Hill Cemetery in Central City, KY, In lieu of flowers you may make donations to the Hillvue Heights Food Pantry.
