He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester DeWitt and Eula Mae DeWitt; and his grandparents, Beulah Miller, Ollie Miller, Arch DeWitt and Doss DeWitt.
He is survived by: his siblings, Debbie Meyer (Earl) of St. Cloud, Jackie Kassinger (Glenn) of Owensboro, DeeAnn DeWitt Ashworth of Hendersonville and Larry DeWitt (Kim) of Louisville; his children, Danielle DeWitt (Phillip Sinnett), Devin Dame (Donovan), Dustin DeWitt (Brennan) and Dylan DeWitt; his grandchildren, Decker Dame, Delilah Dame and DeWitt Dame; and his friend Vicki Wallace.
A reception will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Rosehill Cemetery (1300 Old Hartford Rd, Owensboro, KY 42303).
