Though Doris may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Harris and Mariah Gilbert Harris; and her siblings, Paul, Bobby Harris and Phyllis Harris Shepherd.

She is survived by: her children, Robert Lewis Davis and Suzanne Davis Hall (Scott Hall); her granddaughters, Mariah Jane and Holly Grace; and her sisters, Charlotte Sasser Wills and Zelda Sasser.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association in memory of Doris Davis.
