He was predeceased by: his parents, Tillman Halcomb and Ola Halcomb (Asher); and his siblings, Charlene Halcomb (Chester) and Ronald Halcomb. He is survived by: his daughter Valerie Lyons (Dewey); his siblings, Sybil Halcomb Brown (Daniel) and Roger Halcomb (Brenda); his sister-in-law Betty Halcomb; and his grandchildren, Dr. Meredith Garst (Collins Garst) and Nicholas Lyons.
