He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Watson Vick and Winifred Vick (Turner); his son Johnathon Wesley Parker Vick; his wife Dr. Barbara Herndon Vick; and his siblings, Robert Vick, Charlie Vick, Pete Vick, Kathleen Moodie (Vick) and Sally Hathaway (Vick).
He is survived by: his children, David Clifford Vick, II and Beth Vick Stamps (Joe) of Bowling Green, KY; his granddaughter Lauren Segers (Ryan) of Madison, AL.; his child Taylor Stamps-Phillips (Parker) of Bowling Green, KY.; his great grandchildren, Warren Segers, Mason Segers and Lawrence Stamps-Phillips; and his siblings, Shelia Vick of Westmoreland, TN., Nina Vick of San Diago, CA, Glenda Vick of Las Cruces, NM, Sherrill Eugene Vick of Vernon, AZ and Henry Vick of England. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
