He is survived by: his parents, Michael Costello and Judy Bratcher Ford; his wife Kimberly Holland Ford; his children, Joshua Campbell (Jean) of Bowling Green and Kelsey Montgomery of Bowling Green; his grandchildren, Mckenzi Campbell, Danny Campbell and Kandyce Campbell; and his siblings, Shelia Ford, Angela Bledsoe, Brian Ford (Marla) and Alex Ford. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and special friends.
