He was predeceased by: his mother Martha Burress Madison; and his grandparents, Herman, Elizabeth Madison, Noah and Pauline Burress.
He is survived by: his children, Ethan Madison (Hannah Helm) of Eastview and Elle Madison (Kacey Harvey) of Bowling Green; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Grayson and Myles Harvey; and his stepchildren, Cassie Carpenter, Chelsea Childress (Daniel) and Cameron Slaughter. He is also survived by five step-grandchildren.
