He is survived by: his wife Judy Jordan Pemberton; his daughters, Jennifer Fields (Brandon) and Elizabeth Dreadin; and his grandchildren, Ellie Fields, Mason Fields, Charlie Dreadin and Walton Dreadin.

Visitation will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Johnson Vaughn Phelps Funeral Home (901 Fairview Ave, Bowling Green, KY 42101). A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at the same location.
