She was predeceased by: her daughter Katina Allen; her siblings, Edith Reed, Cledis Rhodes and Rev. Carl "Dolly" Reed; and her nephew Kevin Reed.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Smiley of Hiseville, KY; her granddaughter Kya Allen of Bowling Green, KY; her son-in-law Darius Allen of Bowling Green, KY; her stepchildren, Laronzo Smiley (Beth) of Louisville, KY, Shawn Smiley and Travis Smiley of Hiseville, KY; her niece Tammy Reed; her nephew Bo Reed; her pet Marty Reed Rhodes (Terri) of Rockford, IL; and her uncle Charlie Reed of Hardyville, KY. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other extended family.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bearwallow Baptist Church (5538 S Jackson Hwy, Horse Cave, KY 42749). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Monday, December 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
