She was predeceased by: her parents, Almeda Grubb and James Carlton Blaize; and her husband Kenneth Charles Smith. She is survived by: her children, Kelly Kitchens, Philip Smith and Andrew Smith. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
