He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Trumon Merideth, Jean Joseph Ross and Mary Norman; his aunts and uncles, Lisa Norman, Shirley Bratcher, Glenn Merideth, Ed Oller, Bill Bratcher, Gary Kucharczyk, Kevin Kucharczyk, Kelvin Kucharczyk and Steve Ray; and also Ercell Merideth.

He is survived by: his parents, Steven Merideth and Loretta Merideth of Munfordville, KY; his wife Ashley Christian Garner Merideth of Bowling Green; his daughter Annabelle Denise Merideth of Bowling Green, KY; his grandfather Donald Norman; his brother Johnny Merideth (Rachel) of Mammoth Cave, KY; and his nephews, Grant and Garrison Merideth.
