We bid farewell to Brenda Wray in Bowling Green, Kentucky, born in Cumberland, Kentucky, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 18, 2025 at the age of 81. Brenda touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Williams and Bessie Williams; her siblings, Marie Scott, Bonnie Daniels, Bobby Bainbridge, Eugene and Jimmy Williams; and her grandchild Baby Dot.
She is survived by: her husband Vernard Wray; her children, Terry Wray (Debi) of Bowling Green, Don Wray (Amy) of Scottsville and Melissa Borders (Kevin) of Franklin; her grandchildren, Bradley Wray (Leslie), Wesley Wray (Kelly) and Eden Borders; and her great grandchildren, Lily, James, Leah, Olivia and Ruby Wray.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cone Funeral Home (1510 Campbell Ln, Bowling Green, KY 42104). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Christian Chapel Cemetery (2108 Sulpher Creek Rd, Burkesville, KY 42717).
