She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Cordus Butrum and Frances Louise Carter Butrum; her husband Walter B. Creek; her son Robert Lee Creek (Anna) of Adolphus, KY; and her siblings, Wanda Butrum, Mary Frances Butrum, Mildred Butrum, Deltina Blankenship, Lester Butrum and Jerry Butrum.
She is survived by: her children, Josh Creek (Amy) of Scottsville, KY, Sue Blankenship (Ricky) of Scottsville, KY and Patricia "Annie" (Addley) of Franklin, KY.
