In the vast expanse of eternity, Billy shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Billy farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Blaine Massey and Edye Jewell Wilson Massey. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Stratton Massey; his daughters, Lisa Massey and Lori Massey Wallace (Vaughn); and his sister Margaret Wingfield (Gary).
In lieu of flowers the family has requested memorial contributions to be made to a Humane Society of your choice.
