As we bid Bettie farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Bettie is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bonnie Willoughby Wheet and Willard Wheet; her husband Richard Dawsey; and her brothers, Joe Wheet, Sr. and Floyd Wheet.
She is survived by: her nephews, Joe Wheet, Jr. and Mike Wheet.
A graveside service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Fairview Cemetery (1209 Fairview Ave, Bowling Green, KY 42103).
