He was predeceased by: his parents, Delilah Ashworth Fullen and John Elmer Fullen; his siblings, Albert Fullen (Frances Fullen), John Fullen (Marguerite Fullen) and Oretha Vass (Fred Vass); and his sister-in-law Wanda Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Fullen; and his children, David L. Fullen and Carol A. Fullen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Johnson-Vaughn-Phelps Funeral Home, Inc. (901 Fairview Ave, Bowling Green, KY 42101). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at the Fairview Cemetery (1209 Fairview Ave, Bowling Green, KY 42103).
