She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Edward and Margie Alberta Uhls Williams; her daughter Penny Alberta Phelps; and her brothers, Hank and Jerry Williams.
She is survived by: her husband James Michael Crump; her children, Lisa F. Phelps, Frank J. Phelps, Mason Logsdon and Ricky D. Crump (Kay); her grandchildren, Christopher Frogge (Susan), Jordan Wisdom, Cody Crump (Jody), Amanikia Frogge, Marty Frogge, Jr., Michaelah Phelps (Zachary), Frank Phelps, Jr. and Damien; and her sisters, Wendy Gaddis, Brenda Williams, Kitty Williams and Nancy Britt. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and special friends.
