He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Webb and Mildred Majors Webb; and his brothers, Robert Webb, Tim Webb and Terry Webb.
He is survived by: his sons, Scott Webb (Kelly Jones) and Shawn Webb; his close friend Samantha Lightfoot; his grandchildren, Parker and Austin Webb; and his siblings, Billy Webb, Sandra Cardwell, Cathy Webb, Denise Petty (Melvin) and Beverly Palmowski (Walter). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
