She is survived by: her son Cole Forbis (Audrey); her stepchildren, Drew Forbis (Sherrett Jones), Josh Forbis (Lisa Bowersox) and Amber Duncan (Daniel); her siblings, Christy Peden (Steve), John Butler (Robin), Becky Devers (Larry) and Joe Butler; her father Isaac Butler; her significant other Bob Getsy; and her sister-in-law Susie Norman. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, nine grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home (201 E Washington St, Glasgow, KY 42141). A burial was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Calendar Glasgow Municipal Cemetery (303 Leslie Ave, Glasgow, KY 42141).
