He is survived by: his parents, Heather Case of Hazel, Kentucky and Jeremy Case (Cheryl) of Evansville, Indiana; his sister Courtney Case (Jesse Francis) of Cunningham; his grandparents, John, Vickie Duff of Kirbyton and Suzie Case of Bardwell; his niece Presley Francis; and his nephews, Carter Francis and Bentley Francis. He is also survived by Aunts and uncles, great aunts, and cousins.
