He was predeceased by: his wife Belinda Burk; his son Walter LeRoy Burk Jr.; and his parents, Floyd Burk and Virginia Burk. He is survived by: his children, Sandra Johnson (Johnny Baumgardner) of Boston and Floyd Burk (Michael Graves) of Radcliff; his granddaughter Amanda Johnson of Boston; and his close friends, Robin Reid and Ashley Bush. He is also survived by two brothers; one sister.
