He is survived by: his mother Louise Hefley House; his siblings, Charles Cothern, Anthony Cothern (Donna), Melissa Cothern Frazier and Kathy Vittitoe (Mike); and his nieces and nephews, Justin, Travis, April, Thomas, Daniel, Tasha, Eli, Raven, Quincy, Makayla, Brandon, Brittany, Katrina, Samantha, Jennifer, Jeremy, Jesse and DJ.
