She is survived by: her mother Shirley Noe; her stepsiblings, Jerry Noe, Diane Trowbridge and Connie Waters; her nieces, Cassandra Ramirez, Donna Kastelhun, Sharonda Protsman, Bobbi-Jo Grisham and Billi-Jo Hood; and her close friend Bobby James. She is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
