He is survived by: his wife Jackie Grimes; his foster father Wayne Lamkin of Brandenburg; his stepsons, Daniel Lacy of Bardstown and Dustin Williams of Owensboro; his siblings, Albert "Bubby" Grimes (Darlene Bailey) of Elizabethtown and Rita Grimes of Elizabethtown; and his foster sister Melissa Givans of Brandenburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
