He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Harve and Radie Partin (Mayne); his wife Shirley Partin (Mahan); and his son Dr. David Partin. He is survived by: his sons, Dana Ray Partin (Melody) of Siler and Jimmy Lee Partin of Atlanta, Georgia; his grandchildren, Kayla Fox (Ryan) and Eddie Reed Partin; his great grandchildren, Max Fox, Mallori Fox and Kash Fox; and his siblings, Theresa Partin of Woodbine and Charles Partin (Mary) of Siler.
Due to the restrictions on the funeral home during the Covid-19 outbreak, all services will be private.
