She was predeceased by: her husband John "Hollan" Geoghegan II; her children, John "Johnny" Hollan Geoghegan III and Judith Lynn Geoghegan Richardson; her parents, Thomas Parrish and Lillie Parrish; and her siblings, Thomas Weller Parrish and Erman Parrish McClaskey.
She is survived by: her son Terry L. Geoghegan of Bardstown; her grandchildren, Wade F. "Trey" Richardson III and Hollyn Marie Richardson (Rob Karlen); her great grandchild Lily-Jane Karlen; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Nolan, Simon, Stella, Abbi, Nora Kate, George, Sturgill and Micah Jett. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
