We are sad to announce that on December 17, 2023, at the age of 95, Elsie Edith Dyer of Boston, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben F. Newman, Sr. and Elsie Burchell Newman; her husband Charles Thomas "Tommy" Dyer; and her siblings, Ben Jr. and Ruth.

She is survived by: her daughters, Leah Dyer and Cara Shore (John); and her granddaughter Madeline Shore. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Mt. Moriah Baptist Church or Temple Hill Apostolic Church.
