He was predeceased by: his parents, Gregory Mike and Mary Jo Peake Lee; and his brother Gregory Lee. He is survived by: his children, Jesse Lee and Trystin Lee; the mother of his children Patricia Chapman; his brother Tim Lee; and his aunts, Patti Pipkin and Cindy Peake.
