He was predeceased by: his father Tandy Frazier; and his sister Elaine Frazier Mier. He is survived by: his son Michael David Frazier of Bardstown; his mother Lois Frazier of Boston; and his siblings, Bruce Frazier (Judy) of Bardstown, Dan Frazier (Lindy) of Paris and Diane Berry (Teddy) of Woodlawn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
