She is survived by: her children, David Thornsberry (Martha), Gary Thornsberry (Carla), Connie McDaniel, Patricia Gentry (Steve) and Mary Lena Walden (Andy); and her siblings, Johnny Newton, Mary K. Day, Pearl Marcy, Sadie Willett, Rose McCauley, Cathy Lewis and Theresa Newton. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, thirty-four great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
