He was predeceased by: his parents, William Walter Crislip, Sr. and Ruby Helen Lester Bennett; his wife Elizabeth Jean Blevins Crislip; and his great grandchild Riah Culwell. He is survived by: his children, Jerry Lee Crislip Jr. (Heather) of Dayton, Ohio, Sara Elizabeth Crislip Bowling (Paul "Moose" Mollett) of Boons Camp, Kentucky and Jesse (Micha Rife) of Magoffin County, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Danielle Marie Elizabeth Bowling, Jonathon Ryne Johnson, Jr., Richard Lee Sherman, Gage Spence, Catherine Nicole Culwell (Jake), Jerry Lee Crislip, Jr., Jerritt Rife, Jessa Rife, Jenna Rife and Preslea Noel Mollett; and his great grandchildren, Maicee Culwell and Arianna Culwell.
