He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Lowe and Louverna Lowe Adkins (Roger); his wife Eleanore Gay Hendricks Lowe; his children, Johnny Ray Lowe Jr. (Pam Estep), Julie Dawn Lowe Webb, Joannie Lynn Dotson Osburn (P. J.) and Jennifer Rose Dalton (Larry Heuser); and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Sword Rivers, Johnnie Lowe III (John Bear), Felicia Lowe, Savannah Lowe Wruck (Michael), Brittany Hannah Moore (Dalmer), Sarah Vickers Butcher (Andrew), Lisa Vickers (Christine), Rebecca Vickers Woodrum (Mathan), Moriah Webb, Emilee Osburn, Dalton Heuser and Emma Dalton. He is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren.
