She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Kestner and Ola Rowland Kestner; her son Bert Michael Estep; her siblings, Arville Kestner, Delby "Hardtimes" Kestner, Bobby Gene Kestner, Kenny Ray Kestner, Nancy Carol Kestner and Joyce Ann Dennison; and her grandchild Kaden Charles.
She is survived by: her husband Mark Ratliff; her children, Anthony Estep (Melissa) of Chestnut, Kentucky and Mary Ann Charles (Brian) of Thelma, Kentucky; and her siblings, Paul Kestner (Margie) of Tennessee, Roger Kestner of Sitka, Larry Kestner (Neda) of Salyersville, Kentucky, Janette Kestner of Paintsville, Mary Kestner of Sitka, Janie Wiley (Joe) of Sitka and Judy Eslinger of Boons Camp, Kentucky. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; one great grandchild and one great grandchild.
