He is survived by: his children, Wayland Neace (Megan) and Kristen Combs; his granddaughters, Kylee Rose Neace and Lily Raine Neace; and his sisters, Patricia Gwin (Donie), Bitha White and Joyce Fink (Johnathan).
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Watts Funeral Home (650 KY-15, Jackson, KY 41339). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
