He is survived by: his wife Debra Green (Sandlin); his children, Travis Green (Ashley) and Holly Green (Steven Gay) of Booneville, KY; his siblings, Sherry Carte (David) of Prestonsburg, KY and Jimmy Green (Ginger) of Booneville, KY; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Johnson, Tyler Bowling, Hayley Green, Justin Green (JD), Breanna Green and Jayden Green; and his great grandchild Lynnleigh Goosey. He is also survived by other loving family members, and friends.
