He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Lee and Helena Lee (Lockhart); his grandmother Virginia Lockhart; and his stepdaughter Melanie Beth Potter. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Lee (Elswick); his daughter Samantha Lee (Brian McDaniel); and his grandchildren, Breeann McDaniel of Richmond, KY, Elana Brooke McDaniel of Richmond, KY and Aria Payton McDaniel of Richmond, KY. He is also survived by other loving family members, and friends.
