He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Burns and Thelma Burns (McIntosh); and his sister Ruth Ann Burns. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Burns of Booneville, KY; his sons, Randy Burns (Janet), Ricky Burns (April), Wade Burns (Gail) and Patrick Burns (Becky); his siblings, Hobert Burns, Stanley Burns, Judy Kincer, Mayme Bowling and Karen Rumsey; his grandchildren, Jacob Burns, Haillie Little, Timmy Marshall, Anna Belle Combs, Charlotte Burns, Anthony Burns, Kailey Burns, Madison Burns, Cody Burns and Zachery Burns; and his great grandchildren, Elena Little, Maverick Burns, Harlan Burns and Aubree Marshall. He is also survived by other loving family members, and friends.
