Stepp McIntosh of Beattyville; his children, Courtney Paige Thomas of Beattyville, Ricky Allen McIntosh of Beattyville, Brittany Lee McIntosh of Owensboro, Elizabeth Kay of Beattyville and Hunter Lee McIntosh of Beattyville; his granddaughters, Caroline Rose Thomas and Sophia Willow Dawn McIntosh; his siblings, Terry McIntosh, Kevin McIntosh of Beattyville and Tonya Means of Clay City, Kentucky; and his nieces and nephews, Joshua Lee Hogan, Kolby Brice McIntosh, Savanna, Kylee, Gracie, Chloe and Kara McIntosh. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
