He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Frye (Moore); and his sister Sherri Baker. He is survived by: his father Harold Frye; his children, Michael Frye Jr. (Summer), Zack Frye of Stanton, KY, Kara Frye of Mt. Sterling and Hannah Frye of Stanton, KY; and his siblings, Paul Frye (Angie Campbell) of Beattyville, KY, Samantha Sizemore (Timothy Goins) of London, KY and Rhonda Baker (Earl) of McKee, KY. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews.
