She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Smith and Edna Helton Smith; her spouse Asbury Smith; her daughter Teresa Lynn Smith; her stepson Barry Wayne Smith; and her siblings, Oscar Smith, Michael Wayne Smith, Ronnie Helton, Donnie Helton, Phyllis Smith and Nadine McIntosh.
She is survived by: her son Brian Scott Smith of Booneville, KY; her grandson Tyler Smith of Lexington, KY; her stepson Curt Smith (Kimberly) of Owenton, KY; and her siblings, Gracie McIntosh (Raymond) of Owenton, KY, Raymond of Booneville, KY, Lee Jr. (Betty) of Booneville, KY, Carl of Booneville, KY, David (Jennifer) of Booneville, KY and Seldon Bob (Patricia) of Booneville, KY. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
