She is survived by: her children, Betty Jo Neeley (Ed) of Booneville, KY, Ronnie Gabbard (Patty) of Frankfort, KY, Steve Gabbard (Peggy) of Booneville, KY and Kim Gabbard of Booneville, KY; her grandchildren, Kendra Little (Zeke), Shannon Gabbard, Stephen Brown Gabbard (Becca), Hunter and Natalie Reed; her great grandchildren, Kennedi Gay (Brent), Jake Andrew and John Michael Gabbard; and her brother Jimmy McIntosh (Teresa) of Lawrenceburg, KY. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
