She is survived by: her daughter Lana Campbell (Chris) of Walton, KY; her siblings, Johnny of Lexington, KY, Donnie Crase of Lexington, KY, Barbara McGuire of Lexington, KY and Alberta Crase of Wilmington, NC; her grandchildren, Dustin Edwards, Melody Clark, Lucas Morgan, Arial Flavin and Ina Campbell; and her great grandchildren, Makayla Clark, Dakota Christian and Anabelle Morgan. She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
