With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lucy Rose Debord of Booneville, Kentucky, born in Ricetown, Kentucky, who passed away on December 8, 2023 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Brown Minter and Fannie Wilson Minter; her husband Jack E. Debord; her son William Debord; her grandchild Donnie Debord; and her siblings, Wilson Minter, Ella Fay Gibson, Anna Mae Rice and Virginia Ruth Blackburn.

She is survived by: her sons, Gary Debord (Tonya) of Tyner, Jim Debord (Lisa) of Richmond and Ronnie Debord (Andra) of Booneville; and also Tommy Minter (Geraldine) of Ricetown. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren as well as a host of other family members and friends.
