She was predeceased by: her parents, Celbert Rowlette and Dezzie Rowlette (Clem); her husband Reverend Virgil Herald; and her siblings, Jesse Rowlette, Celbert Rowlette Jr., Irene Congelton, Mattie Congelton and Connie Wolfinbarger.
She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Cleary (Kevin) of Sadieville, KY and Tricia Ann Francis (Michael) of Sadieville; her grandchildren, Tucker Dakota Francis and Kiarra Ti-Ann Francis; and her siblings, Estill Farmer (Shirley) of Nicholasville, KY. and Donna Brandenburg of Beattyville, KY. She is also survived by other loving family members & friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Booneville Funeral Home (3450 KY-11, Booneville, KY 41314). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
