He is survived by: his granddaughter Kathey Noble; his siblings, Danny Combs, Willie Combs, Levi Bud Combs, Luther Ray Combs, Gary Combs, Jacie Combs, James Combs, Mrytle Fugate, Minnie Belle Bennett and Edna Mae Moore; his nephew Paul Jason Moore; his close friend Jessica Estes of Booneville, KY.; his mother-in-law Debbie Estes of Beattyville, KY.; his children, Gary Wayne Noble, Eugene "Toby" Noble of Longs Creek, KY, Shawn Napier (Robin) of Louisville, KY., Tina Helton (Billy) of Longs Creek, KY, Christine Barker (Matt), Suzie Combs (Cassidy) of Booneville, KY and Kim Addison (George) of London, KY; his stepdaughters, Felisa Moore (Justin), Whitney Caudell (Sam), McKenzie Mays and Bailey Estes; his siblings, Floyd Combs of Altro, KY, Homer Combs of Booneville, KY, Flossie Stamper of Booneville, KY, Rose Cole of Hazard, KY and Ollie Williams of Hamilton, OH.; and his granddaughter Heather Helton (John) of Longs Creek, KY.. He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
