He is survived by: his wife Helen Johnson of Booneville, KY; his children, Jeffery Johnson, Johnny Shane Johnson, Eric Gilbert, Helen Marie Johnson, Shannon Johnson, Becky Johnson and Crystal Green; and his siblings, Paul Eddie Johnson, Leland Johnson, Diane Johnson and Janice Marie Johnson. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and many other loving family members, and friends.
