He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlo Allen and Rebecca Byrd Allen (Byrd). He is survived by: his sister Violet Combs of Island City, KY; and his nieces and nephews, Gail Moore of Nicholasville, KY, Janice Wilson of Booneville, KY, Larry Combs of Dover, TN and Kevin Combs of Booneville, KY. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
