She is survived by: her children, Perry Creech (Angela) of New Buffalo, MI, Bobby, Paul Wayne Creech of Sexton Creek, KY, Theresa Allen (Tippy) of Sand Gap, KY, Hilda Smith (Glen) of Booneville, KY and Dana Smith (Roy Watkins) of Booneville, KY; and her siblings, Edith Brown (Fred) of Flatwoods, KY, JoAnn Flynn of Beattyville, KY, Louise Coomer of Beattyville, KY, Carolyn Wright (Larry) of Beattyville, KY, Martina Roberts of Richmond, KY, Angie Carlin (Greg) of Richmond, IN, Billy Combs (Teresa) of Beattyville, KY and Steve Combs (Virgina) of Beattyville, KY. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren along with many friends and relatives.
