He was predeceased by: his parents, John Moore and Alice Moore (Baker). He is survived by: his children, Maurice Moore (Louise) of Somerset, KY, Jeffery Carl Moore (Lara) of Lake Geneva, WI, Lydia Carol Gabbard (Earl) of Charlotte, NC, Susan Sebastian of Booneville, KY, Mary Frances Johnson of Richmond, KY and Gary Moore; and his siblings, Pauline Moore Campbell and Herman Moore. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, 1 niece, and 1 nephew along with many other loving family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family request that contributions be made to the Cow Creek Presbyterian Church P.O. Box 304 Booneville, KY 41314.
