She is survived by: her children, Phillip Powell of Kite, KY, James Edward Powell of Jackson, KY and Vera Gale Fields of Hazard, KY; and her sister Phyllis Jane Stamper of Lexington, KY. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, a host of great-grandchildren, and many other loving family members, and friends.
